I was born in Wyandotte, MI. I graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 1983. I moved to Lakeview and opened our practice with my wife, Dr. Cathie, in January 1986. We have two children, Dr. Andrew Padden (currently practicing with us) and Mrs. Allyse Henderson of Grand Rapids.

I am a 25 year member of Michigan Association of Chiropractors and member of International Chiropractic Association. I have received awards from my alma mater, Sherman College including: Career Advisor of the Year; Regent of the Year; and the Spirit of Sherman Award. I offer manual spinal adjusting and am proficient in Activator Methods technique.

I have been active in the AYSO soccer program for the past 20 years and love to see the benefits of adjusting student athletes. This helps to enhance structural alignment, flexibility, and bio-mechanics, ensuring that the athlete’s body will recover quickly and function at its highest possible level. This is one of the many reasons that I love being a chiropractor!

“We strive to bring healthy living through healthy nerve systems to entire families.”

In 1986 my husband, Dr. Gary, and I began to make our dream a reality by opening our first practice location in the heart of Lakeview, Michigan. This is where we established roots and began to build our family by adding our two beautiful children, Andrew and Allyse.

As one of four children growing up in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, I would provide complementary adjustments to my father by “walking” on his back at an early age of 12. This, I would later discover, to be my career passion in chiropractic care. During these early years, I was a ballet, tap and jazz dancer/performer for 18 years. Proper posture and spinal alignment and how this led to better biomechanics and function was always a key focus to perform at our best. At the age of 15 I suffered a severe dance injury, which was treated with chiropractic care. After a series of treatments, I regained full function and was able to return to dance. An unexpected but welcomed additional benefit realized by the treatments was that I no longer suffered from life-long ear infections.

Once graduating Annapolis High School in 1979, and completing my undergraduate studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; Central Michigan University, I moved to South Carolina to attend Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic, where I graduated in 1985. While attending Sherman College, Dr. Gary and I met, fell in love, and the rest is history! While being a wife and mother is the most rewarding, I am honored to have received the Career Advisor of the Year, Regents of the Year and the Spirit of Sherman Award all from my alma mater. I am advanced certified in Activator Methods instrument adjusting and traditional manual adjusting techniques.

As a current member of The Michigan Association of Chiropractors, The Sherman College Board of Regents, International Association of Chiropractors and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, I am able to continue to build my passion with not only my husband, but now my son, Dr. Andrew Padden and his wife, Dr. Tiffany Padden, who have joined us to continue to build this dream. This allows me to focus on my areas of expertise which include working with children and infants, educating parents to promote healthy lifestyles for growing families, and helping others establish healthy goals to ultimately achieve a higher quality of life.

I grew up here in Lakeview and always knew that this is where I wanted to come back to live. I graduated from Lakeview High School in 2006 and went on to attend Central Michigan University. When all my undergraduate studies were complete my husband and I moved to South Carolina where I attended Sherman College of Chiropractic. It was a tough program with many obstacles to overcome but it has been worth every second. I graduated from Sherman College in June of 2013 and moved back to Michigan to begin practicing in Lakeview with my in-laws, Drs. Gary and Cathie Padden. As a matter of fact, I received my first chiropractic adjustment by my father-in-law at 3 months old. I am advanced certified in Activator Methods technique. I practice both manual and instrument adjusting.I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Dr. Andy Padden, since 2009. We have made this journey of becoming chiropractors together and now we are practicing in our hometown office together. We welcomed out first child, Johanna Cathleen, to our family in March of 2017.

My chiropractic philosophy is simple: everyone with a spine should be under chiropractic care. That means I really love adjusting and working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I really love seeing entire families get under chiropractic care.

I was born and raised in Lakeview, MI. My parents are both chiropractors so I grew up in the office and saw how important it is to be under chiropractic care. I graduated from Lakeview High School in 2005 and then attended Montcalm Community College the following year. I then went on to Central Michigan University to complete my undergraduate studies. In 2009 my wife and I moved to South Carolina where we attended Sherman College of Chiropractic. I graduated from Sherman College in December of 2014 and then moved back to Michigan to practice in my hometown with my parents and my wife.

My chiropractic philosophy: you can’t truly be healthy without a properly functioning nervous system. A properly functioning nervous system is obtained with regular chiropractic adjustments and a healthy lifestyle. This is why I will be working hard to get many people under chiropractic care, making my community healthier.

I have been married to my high school sweetheart Dr. Tiffany Padden since 2009. We purchased a home in Lakeview in 2014 and are now practicing together in our hometown.

I am a member of Michigan Association of Chiropractors and certified in Advanced Activator Methods technique.
